A note from Amogh
I started Flow State Works after a decade in performance marketing and growth — first buying media and building measurement for e-commerce brands, then noticing that the biggest wins rarely came from another campaign. They came from removing friction: automating the reporting nobody read until it was automatic, replacing the booking tool that leaked revenue, wiring the CRM so leads stopped falling through.
Flow State Works is deliberately small. When we work together, you get me — scoping, building, and shipping. Modern tooling means one experienced builder can now deliver what used to take a team, and I'd rather keep it that way than grow into the kind of agency I used to sit inside.
Away from the keyboard: Brazilian jiu-jitsu, bouldering, surfing, and a biryani recipe I've spent years perfecting. I'm convinced the discipline transfers.
