Case study

DanceCast

A playful marketing microsite we shipped for Salsa te Gusta: is today a good day to dance outside? Check your location — or any city — and find out

Project overview

DanceCast (dancecast.salsategusta.com) is a playful marketing microsite we built for the Salsa te Gusta dance school. It answers one cheerful question — is today a good day to dance outside where you are? — and lets you switch cities to check elsewhere.

It's intentionally light: a small Next.js app deployed on Vercel, taken from idea to live site in days. The school got a friendly, shareable hook for its community — a brand moment its students pass around — with almost nothing to maintain.

The challenge

Problem: Salsa te Gusta wanted a light, shareable brand moment for its community — something students would pass around and associate with the school — without the budget, timeline, or upkeep of a full campaign site.
